Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Weavely, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Weavely. You grant Weavely a limited license to store, process, and display your content back to you.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use Weavely for illegal activities; upload malicious content; reverse engineer the service; or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Service Availability
Weavely is provided “as is” without warranty. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
5. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (7-day cooling-off, then permanent deletion).
6. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with venue in New Delhi and language in English.
7. Intellectual Property
The Weavely brand, code, design, and infrastructure are our intellectual property. Your content remains your intellectual property.
8. Changes to Terms
Material changes will be shown on next login with a diff. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
